How BETSKOP AI Works
Mathematical Foundation
BETSKOP uses a Poisson-based mathematical model to predict football match outcomes. For each match, we calculate expected goals (lambda) for both teams based on their attacking strength, defensive weakness, and league averages.
The model generates a full probability matrix of all possible scorelines (0:0 through 5:5), from which we derive probabilities for every market: Match Result, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and more.
AI Enhancement
Raw mathematical models have limitations. Our AI layer applies contextual corrections: recent form, head-to-head history, injuries, home/away performance splits, clean sheet records, and motivation factors. These adjustments improve accuracy by 5-10% over pure statistical models.
Edge Calculation
We compare our calculated probability against bookmaker odds using No-Vig (fair odds) methodology. Only when the mathematical edge exceeds 5% do we publish a signal. This threshold ensures we only bet when we have a genuine statistical advantage.
Stake Sizing
Each signal includes an optimal stake size calculated using the Quarter Kelly Criterion. This formula balances profit maximization with bankroll protection. Stakes range from 1% to 5% of bankroll, depending on edge strength and confidence level.
Transparency
Every prediction is published BEFORE kick-off with a timestamp. All results — wins and losses — are publicly available on our Results page. We never edit or delete unsuccessful predictions. This transparency is our strongest proof that value betting works.
Coverage
We analyze 6 top European leagues: Premier League (England), La Liga (Spain), Bundesliga (Germany), Serie A (Italy), Ligue 1 (France), and RPL (Russia). These leagues have the most data and the most efficient betting markets.
